Steps for Submitting an Assessment Plan

The Basics

1. Login here using your SIS+ pin information

2. Click "Click Here to Create or Edit an Assessment Plan ....

3. Click Add a Plan

4. Enter the Following information:

   Department Name

   Assessment Coordinator

   The file containing your curriculum map (optional)

5. Click "Submit"

Adding a Goal

1. Login here using your SIS+ pin information

2. Click "Click Here to Create or Edit an Assessment Plan ....

3. Find your plan's name under the "Editing an Existing Plan or Add a Result" heading and Click on it

4. Click on "Add Goal"

5. Enter in the information to fill out the form found here(all but the first field is optional)

Adding a Goal

1. Login here using your SIS+ pin information

2. Click "Click Here to Create or Edit an Assessment Plan ....

3. Find your plan's name under the "Editing an Existing Plan or Add a Result" heading and Click on it

4. Find the Goal whose result you would like to enter and Click on it

5. Click on "Add a Result"

6. Enter in the information to fill out the form found here(all but the first field is optional)

7. Click submit
